This product is naturally isolated from geranium Bourbon. Other materials are sometimes sold under the name of rhodinol (products such as alpha-citronellol or blends of geraniol with laevo-citronellol) but those are incorrectly labelled. Our rhodinol is the true classical rhodinol ex geranium bourbon.

Rhodinol ex Geranium Bourbon has long been a highly prized fragrance material and it was a key component of the rose note in Chypre by Coty along with Rose D'Orient and French Rose de Mai absolute.
